Faith in the Eucharist

I did not grow up a very religious person, I mean we were the ordinary-Irish-Catholic-Sunday-Mass family. However a trip to Italy some years ago I cam across Bolsena and then many other accounts of Eucharistic Miracles. Faith can be a walk in the dark sometimes. But as a catholic there are many visible signs that people can't explain with science and reason alone.

    Anyone else come across them?

Here's a good site about the Real Presence (and the miracles):

    God bless,

I too have been to Bolsena-Orvieto, Lanciano and a few other similar places. It's interesting that the experience is not an emotional one. Rather one is presented with factual evidence. The 'cold' soul can still reject it. But for the believer it's nice to say "Ah! I knew I was right."

nice link there kelly. thanks for posting.

Good stuff... very interesting link Kelly1,

always fascinates me how St.Michael Th Archangel is so linked to the eucharist as it's guardian , and his overall importance in helping humanity , have read a few accounts about him being sent to destroy Antichrist when the time comes, again reading some actual excorsist accounts, its amazing how terrified of him the demons are,,,, am veryy devoted to St.Michael have to say, took my confirmation name from him and had my daughter named after him etc.

    anyway good stuff again...Baggio...
