How long does it take before you get bored online?

    I check my email accounts, recent boards postings, any updates on a wrestling website, facebook and then I just browse endlessly.


    I reckon that I could sit down at the PC, check the above and be offline again in less than fifteen minutes if I wanted to. However, i do often sit here for many, many hours on end, just trawling through threads, forums, youtube videos, etc. etc.


    So, how long does it take you before you have the necessary stuff out of the way? In other words, how long does it take before you start viewing forums you've never heard of and searching for porn?

    I don't get bored - I normally spent 6-7 hours on the computer. 15 minutes for checking emails, checking facebook, then having a look here; the rest is porn.

    Its funny during the day it will take me 1/2 hour to check my usual stuff and then i get bored and cant think of things to look at but the later it goes at night the more i think of great things to look at.

    totally varys, could be within 30 minutes, could take all day, am nearly always doing something else at the same time, so not infront of the lappy the whole time

    I don't think i could ever get bored of the internet. Between here, 4chan and facebook there's always something going down.....Not to mention the huge amount of information and entertainment available 24/7.

    I normally get bored after about 5 minutes but the Johns keep topping up the credit on their accounts so I keep dancing for the camera.

    It's not as exciting as you'd think being a cam whore.

    Well I'm not asking "how long do you/can you spend online", just "how long does it take for you to do the essentials" (ie; email, relevant updates, etc.).

    I think most people would have a routine when they get online, such as checking updates on different sites, etc. and then they just start randoming around reading whatever appears in front of them and clicking into random threads for the sake of it or because it sounds interesting.
