    Aidan Carroll - head coach and founder of Hard Target Self Defence Systems will be presenting a FREE seminar at The Sanovitae Health and Fitness Club- Clarion Hotel IFSC Dublin on Monday 13th September.



    All are welcome. This is a free seminar open to all – member and non members, young, old, male and female.


    Topics will include:

    • How to understand body language before conflict
    • Verbal de-escalation skills
    • How to develop a self protection game plan
    • Understanding the criminal mindset
    • Understanding adrenaline release and associated side effects
    • Self Defence and the Law in Ireland.


    Venue: Sanovitae Health and Fitness Club, Clarion Hotel, IFSC, Dublin
    Date: Monday 13th September
    Time: 8:15pm- 9:15pm

    He'll take as many as will fit in our studio!

    It's a talk and not a class so I expect it'll easily fit 30 in the studio.

    Thanks to the guys (and girl!) from Boards.ie who came along last night - I hope you enjoyed Aidan's talk. I certainly received a lot of good feedback afterwards.

    Aidan and I are putting together a Self Defence course which will take place at SanoVitae. I'll post details here as soon as I have them.
