    Hey, I got a VAIO VGN-FZ21E in 2008. As you may know there is a manufacturing fault with the graphics card.
    However, I don't have my serial number, it got ripped off the bottom in the last year and a half.
    Is there any number I can contact to get me speaking to someone instead of a machine? I have tried heaps but no avail!

    I dont know about the fault. Does it allow you to still use laptop? If so, if you enter the bios on boot it will tell you the serial number in there.
    I believe it is F2 to enter the bios.
