there's a place called sammys mobile repair shop, it's near the Dublin road besides Black Tie. Seems to be ok, although doesn't seem to be able to do every phone. There's also a new place beside the Athlone Advertiser, have no idea what they're like and have heard nothing about them. Prices I have no idea, think he (sammys) was looking for 20 on the smart phone I wanted unlocked.
