I searched but could not find one of the old fuel price threads

This can be delete and pasted into one of the old ones if the mods want

Newport in Tipp Petrol €1.23/ltr , 6 cent cheaper that most in the city , nearly worth the trip. Been like that for 2 weeks not sure why the City is still in the 1.30+ mark in most places.

What garage? Usually around the Airport is the dearest so they catch all the hire cars refilling before there giving back.

Texaco on pinnock hill was 133.9 for petrol this morning but the topaz @ Lissenhall was 130.9 when I filled up over the weekend, that's 3 cents a litre cheaper and it's only a few KM's between them.

1.34 on the petrol stations on the N2 just before Tesco, 1.31 at the Topaz beside connolly station.

And they have an iPhone app which integrates with the GPS so you can get directions to the cheapest place near you.

Yeah, 3 stations offering Diesel at 1.15, almost too cheap to be true, one can only wonder what's in it.
One station offering diesel at 1.10 if you purchase a car wash, now that's good. Unless you're getting agri diesel mixed with brakefluid, pernot and chipfat.

great little app, and you can also update the price through the app so if your passing somewhere you can update it.

even if its the same price as what the app says, you should still update it as it keeps it current!

1.24 for diesel/1.29 petrol at all 4 garages in Midleton, despite the fact they are the closest to the refinery in the country. Great to have some healthy competition.....

131.9 in most garages around Galway city. Seen a few at 133.9 down in Mayo at the weekend

    http://www.pumps.ie/viewStation.php?stationID=3769

It's a pre-pay pump, diesel only and you need a credit card or debit card. It's an unmanned station.
