    hi
im trying to finish off a living room. its still a blank canvas, but for a cream couch..

i quite like the look of black wallpaper with a sliver pattern through it for a wall where i would be mounting a plasma tv & speakers.

the skirting is cream, the flooring is walnut,

any suggestions for the remaining walls and curtains?
    Thanks

There's already a lot going on here...you don't want it to look too busy or mis-matched. A black and silver wallpaper is pretty bold so just paint the other walls cream to match coach and skirting.

Keep the mono-chrome look by accessorising with black, cream silver accessories but if you want to add a splash of something I think fuchsia or lime green would be quiet funky (if you're brave enough)

I'd recommend just having one splash of colour though or it'll just be messy
ie. a big artificial floral bouquet against the wall or a throw/scatter cushions or an extra panel of fuchsia voile with curtains etc.

    Good luck with it!:)

Exact same as mine, walnut floor cream couch. I used a duck egg wallpaper on a feature wall, cream curtains and silver/mirrored accessories works lovely with dark floor if i do say so myself!!
