    Dear all,

I was wondering what permit do I need for selling prepacked sandwiches/chocolates/crisps/bottled water etc in an Internet cafe.

    Many thanks in advance.

Unless you have a hand in preparing or unpackaging them I don't believe you need any permit. It would simply be perishable stock, same as selling a carton of milk....

If you are making coffee or putting them out on plates or anything to that effect i'd say you might need something but apart from that you should be ok

    Thanks bigneacy.

There's no plate services. All sandwiches are prepared and packed by the restaurant next door and I'm not selling hot drinks.

    Should be 100% then! :)
