Tips for CAP1 This Week...

Doing CAP1 management accounting and taxation this week as an external student and starting to freak out a little because of the high failure rates. Any tips/suggestions/help?

I've done most of the man acc course but it's probably my weakest subject. Meanwhile I have done very little of the tax course so far but I have some tax experience so most of it I will already have awareness of, I hope. Should I focus a lot of attention on exam papers?

I'm also an external candidate but unfortunately I'm not sitting Management Accounting or Taxation so I'm not much use to you. Sorry!!!

But I was just wondering if anyone out there is sitting Law for Accountants and if they have any tips for it as I heard the ICAI students were pretty much told what came up in the May law exam.

Any help would be much appreciated...thanks
