    Theres a few, its depends on what your looking to do... Loose weight/Gain Muscle/Tone up.. etc

    James Fennelly does Personal Training, he's the strongest man in Ireland at the moment so would be great for you if you want to loose weight and tone up.

    I'm a qualified Personal Trainer myself however I just use what I've learned for self benefit and not currently training anyone.
