edit : I answered the first question by myself by reading the forum...

Second question, considering the weather is degrading fast, is buying a GBB still a good idea or should I get an AEP as side arm? And are Co2 guns reliable? Where I come from (France), they have a rather bad reputation : too powerful (does not apply here because of the 1j law), and breaking too easily.

you can get some reliable Co2 pistols here that are legal ie under 1joule ,
i always found my TM or KWA abs green gas pistols to be very relaible in cold weather, less affected by cool down .
you could also try the new (over a year) KSC/KWA Syetem 7 pistols which have a new gas system more reliable and use less gas and can shoot in sub zero weather with out any problems perfect for our weather in winter

CO2 has pretty much the same performance all year round perfect for the cold weather;)

    Thanks for the answers guys.
I think I'll go for an AEP with lipo inside first (less sensations but cheaper to operate), but will get a gas gun in a month or two.

Maybe I have a broken one, but I was shooting a system 7 pistol in the snow in January of this year and I found it to be ineffective. Good for 1, maybe 2 shots if I was lucky. I switched to using a springer shotgun as a backup.
