    Hi,

    Looking for recommendation for a graphic design software package.
    Easy to use. Create HTML newsletter. Edit/Create images. Edit photos.

    Only starting my research so this may seem vague because I don't know much. Thanks

    For images and photos:
    GIMP and Paint.net are free. PhotoShop is the industry leader but expensive.

    For html newsletters:
    Use a table-based layout best done in a text editor. Forget about putting images in except a header logo as most of these are usually stripped out.
