    Hey guys,

I'm 18 and I've just got my first job working part time as im a student. I don't get paid until the end of the month but isn't there some forms I can fill out now so I don't get totally screwed over with the tax?

I'm completely clueless about this so thanks for your help!

Yip, you need to complete a Form 12A, which you can print off www.revenue.ie

This gets you registered for tax with Revenue, and from there, they send your new employer instructions on how to tax you correctly, thereby avoiding emergency tax :D:D:D
