Hi I spotted a 7 inch Noveske free float hand guard on the net for thirty euro, it's a Chinese copy but it has full trades and all the hardware to fit, my query is will I have to reroute the battery connections to the back of my g&g plastic M4? Does anyone know if the noveske ris is wide enough to take a nunchuck battery as I don't want to split the box and I don't want to buy a crane stock and modify the buffer tube.
    Cheers

Yes you will have to rewire the gearbox to the rear , the only way you would get a battery into the rail was if it split in two like regular m4 handguards or use a peq box
