We have just installed a new neff oven and when on the oven door gets very hot and i thought that with heat reflective glass the glass on the outside of the door should stay cool. Can anyone tell me if this is right or have i a faulty oven

it will get warm but it should not be too hot to touch

Is it hot on the outside of the oven? You hardly got one with a layer of glass missing did you. Check how many layers of glass are in it,is it a single or a double oven.
