Hello! I'm after starting a job in Technical Support Level 1, firstly I'm delighted to have a job in the first place considering I graduated this year. Anyway I'm looking for any information people might be able to give me on gaining qualifications so as to boost my cv and move onto Level 2 etc.

I'm working on a Google team at the moment - basically taking calls, filling in information and dispatching it to a Technical Specialist - typical Level 1 stuff. I'm not involved in hardware support but I was thinking of looking into Dell certs.

CISCO CCNA, CCENT exams etc. wouldn't be of much use to me at the moment and I'm fairly certain your license only lasts 2years so I might try gain some experience before I look into getting those.

Apart from a masters and the ones I've mentioned above if anybody has any experience with Tech Support certs I'd appreciate a bit of help in deciding what to look into.

    Thanks in advace :)
