My friend had a repeat exam in Trinity in August, but ended up seriously ill and in hospital instead. She's okay now again but was wondering has anyone ever deferred an exam?? Or does anyone know the procedure? When will she find out when the rescheduled exam is?

Did she contact her tutor and supply them with a medical certificate? In general they're pretty accomodating once you've been genuinely ill.

If she hasn't contacted her tutor then she needs to do so as soon as possible.

As far as I know she did contact them, provided a medical cert etc. But they've said they'll get back to her. So she was wondering what happens now as they've been difficult to get information from. Anyone been in a similiar situation?

She's in nursing by the way.
