Vibration from rear wheel(s)

I had my car serviced at a main dealer yesterday, on the way home, about 10km into my journey on the motorway, I could feel "vibrating" from the rear, it's kinda hard to describe but I could see the rearview mirror vibrating too if you know what I mean. I pulled into a service station, checked the wheel nuts (all ok) and tyre pressures, however it was one of those preset pressure ones so it is hard to know if anything needed topping up. I continued my journey without incident.

Checked all tyre pressures again today, all were within 1.5 psi on my Lidl gauge. Went on a test drive tonight as I hadn't used the car all day, drove 10km @80km/h, no problem, entered motorway, drove @120km/h for a few kms, up to 150 km/h (for the purposes of keeping on topic, this part happened in Germany) for a couple of kms , no problems, back down to 110 -120 km/h and a couple of minutes later the vibrations started again, same as yesterday. Checked tyre pressures again, all broadly similar.

Car is a Nissan Murano, 60,000km on it, has had an easy life. I'm not sure if the tyres were rotated at the service, it isn't mentioned on the service report. Any ideas? I won't be able to get it back to the garage until Wednesday.

I would start with wheel balance. Sometimes they can fall off as they're only stuck on. Happened to me a few months ago. I was getting rear vibration above 70mph.

There generally isn't much else that can cause vibration on the rear.

Yeah I was thinking that could be it, but how come it doesn't happen straight away, like I said I had been driving for a good few km's, well over 120 km/h?

It could be just coincidence. Wheel balances can come unstuck at any time. It's worth getting checked out given the relative low cost.
