Can you get a HD box to switch to UK EPG without powering off?

    Folks,

    With the old EPG you can go to Sky News,press red button,when interactive loads up pull out the card and press back up and hey presto uk epg loads. this don't seem to work on new EPG. I want to do this so I can tape the odd programme off the likes of ITV4/BBC 3 .

    Anyone know another way apart from powering off/on? thanks!
