Titanic 3-D??

    The trend towards 3D movies is getting a bit much I think. Soon all films will be released in 3D at the expense of good acting, quality storylines and plots and good film-making.

    Now I hear that Cameron's Titanic is due for 3D release in 2012.

    What do we think??

    hes publicly against badly done post production 3d, in fairness hes set aside a few years for this project so it can be done right , and he has also publically stated that the 3d wont be quite as good as a movie made totally from 3d in scratch he reckons it will be 90% as good or somethin like that

    C'mon, the best bit will be that guy who falls and hits the bannister..
    Actually, the CG in Titanic is very dated. They'd want to improve it or it will look very naff in 3D.

    Is Titanic that good that people would want to see it in the cinema again?

    I know I certainly wouldn't want to see it and I've never seen it in the cinema.
    It's no Back to the Future, that's for sure. :D

    It would be extremely interesting to see the sinking scene in 3D - when all the people are falling. That's about it. The rest of the movie would be terrible.

    Every piece of crap is being released in 3D. It's certain movies only selling point! I haven't encouraged this trend by going to see any of these movies and I certainly won't be.
