Your Health or Wealth?

Here's your choice - you can be rich, really rich, and not have the use of your legs, or know you'll always be poor, but be able to walk. Which would you choose?

You could have obscene, Bill Gates, buy your own football team, do whatever you want wealth. You could pay people to take you wherever you want, you could pretty much do anything, as long as it didn't involve using your legs. You'd have all the money you could ever dream of, and everything that comes with that, power, women, a yacht.

Or would you prefer to be poor for the rest of your life and be able to walk, knowing you could have had all that money?

I think I'd take my mobility, but I know I'd end up being ironically paralysed soon after :pac:

if you'd gates' money you'd probably be able to pay some genius a billion or two to develop the finest set of artifical/bionic legs ever. when you're coked off yer eyeballs on a yacht with 10 russian supermodels watchin real midget gladiators fight to the death, i'm not sure that 100% mobility really matters...

After thinking i might have a life time illness a couple of years ago, i'm glad to have good health and wouldn't give it up for anything!

Health . As somebody who has a relative close to them with a serious illness and would give all she has just to be able to do simple things like make a cup of tea or walk down a road , it just put's everything into perspective.

Losing the use of your legs will not kill you... Some people are posting as if it was a death sentence... Most people who do not have the use of their legs lead full lives.

I voted for wealth. Imagine what you could do with Bill Gates levels of wealth. 5 Billion to Cancer research... In a second. Another 5 Billion to AIDs research... Check.

And all I have to do is give up my legs. No question.

Health. Ara, still being able to walk, you've got more opportunities and can always work and make money and... well, walk.
No legs, but plenty of money. Well, all the really fun things you could do with a huge fortune (in my opinion) such as awesome holidays or huge swimming pools or whatever, are better with mobility.

Went with wealth, since little Sticky_Finger would still work I would be constantly riding, either hot wimmims or rollin' round in my pimped out wheel chair.
