Why can't i see all my episodes of podcasts i've subscribed to on my phone?

On itunes (on the computer)-i refresh and, for example, have 10 episodes of a particular podcast. I then sync my phone to itunes.

After finishing syncing, i look up the podcasts section of the phone and all my podcasts are there but there's only about 3 (maximum) episodes per podcast - Any tell me why or how to see them all?
