    Hi all,
I have a UPC digital feed going in to my house and I'd like to connect a security camera which will be displayed on all TV's in the house.

The camera has a composite signal output using an RCA type connector. The signal properties from the camera are:
    • Video Output : 1Vp-p@75 ,S/N>38dB
    • Audio Output : 1Vp-p@600

I've phoned some satellite shops but they are uncertain on what frequencies UPC digital use and they don't know much about composite stuff.

Is there a diplexer device that can combine the UPC digital feed and the camera?

If the above is possible, is there a device that can multiplex multiple cameras? (triplex etc)

    Thanks

A modulator is the easiest way to send from a security camera etc to multiple TVs which are cabled from a central point in your house.

    http://info.maplin.co.uk/cheap_uk_dnsty/Buy_this_Programmable_RF_Modulator_cheap_online_33050.htm

and its tuned in on the analogue tuning on each TV. Use a high and clear UHF channel as the upper end of UHF TV band would not be used by UPC cable

The one on the link has 'aerial loopthrough', though I do not know for sure if cable frequencies below UHF will pass. (anyone know for certain?)
    - If not you could get a diplexer (Triax etc) to combine UPC cable and the modulator output

You can also cascade more than one modulator (for more than one camera) (on different UHF channels of course)

I use an old UK VHS as security camera modulator.

You can use a standard 5-860MHz splitter as a combiner.
