this is the easiest way i can explain for you...

i have really pure use of language so I can explain the proper way

I'll asume you want to take music off your hardrive and put it on your phone.

    firstly open itunes

    next

    connect phone

    then
press alt+f4 repeatedly untill the screen goes black
    then

go down stairs(if needed) with your phone and fling it out the kitchen window

    thank you

in seriousness.. I dont hav a clue sorry :)

Open up iTunes and select 'Add folder to Library'. This will allow you to import the music you have on your computer into iTunes. You can then select the albums/songs you want and send them to your iPod.

You can literally select and drag them onto your iPhone. You should see the iPhone appear as a little symbol on the left side of iTunes.

Go on to apple.com/ie and into the support option. All the information you would ever need on how to use your iPhone/iPod.

It's probably best to describe what you have done and where the problem is occurring.

Have you actually clicked on "sync" i.e. synchronise?

Have ya ticked the box to sync music. Think it's default though
