Hey, a friend of mine is applying for a grant (late) and doesn't have a copy of her exam results, she failed one and is repeating so didn;t send the grant app in until she had the exam and only noticed the date tonight... is there anywhere she can get a copy of her results from last summer?
    Thanks

I needed results (well, proof that I "progressed" into second year) for my own grant application, rang the exams office and they told me to contact my course office. Called the maths dept and had it sorted in a matter of minutes - they should post them out to you. Turns out I didn't even need mine in the end - a screenshot of my undergraduate record page showed both my overall JF result and my academic standing as a second year - I don't know if that's any use to her though, considering her results for the year would be pending that repeat grade.

Make sure she gets the grant application in ASAP, and I'd say maybe even give her grants office a call to double-check it's okay. They don't tend to mind late applications, although I'd say it'll be a while before it's processed at this point.

Thanks for the response. I told her to ring in the morning, she has the form filed in as best she can at the minute, she;s checking the student status at the minute, and s gonna hand it into them tomorrow. Thanks for the quick response :)
