Apps wont work since unblocked from 02

Any help my mate got his phone unblocked using Cydia I think from 02 and is now using a Meteor SIm on PAYG.... His apps already saved on his phopne now wont work, even on Wifi Any ideas? I have tried everything and no joy... weird one i think its prob so obvious to me but Cant think of it
