Im sure this will benefit people of all accommodation in galway and further afield
I was thinking if this could be used as a thread for people moving from home for the 1st time to college accommodation. Maybe no discussion and more of a point by point must have of things to bring from home, to help those making a list if what to bring. Ill start ...
    1- Own crockery
    2- Bedsheets
3- Guitar (Maybe just me :pac: )
    ...

    From the site :
Your Student ID Card can be collected on the 1st Floor, Aras Ui Chathail (See Campus map http://www.nuigalway.ie/campus-map/).

You just need to bring along your birth cert or passport and your PPS number as we have to have a look at these before we can issue you with Student ID Card.

    Im grand so :)

Im guessing you registered? You know the end page that said your student number and course code/year and your status:registered. ?
Thats the one you were ment to print, but i wouldn't say it will be too much hassle, although i wouldnt say it would hurt to have your student/cao number handy just incase!

If you're intending to move into corrib village, bring the contents of a basic house. Don't worry it will all fit into the room and you still have room for yourself and other stuff. Make the room your own by getting some cushions and bright coloured stuff!
