Maestro card

    Hi i'm trying to buy football boots from pro direct but when i go to the checkout to pay for it using my maestro card it looks for an issue number and security digits but i don't have these numbers on my card does anybody know what i have to enter in these boxes or where do i find these numbers? Thanks in advance any help appreciated.

    I assume you have a Laser card? If so, Laser is not Maestro, and cannot be used where Maestro is accepted.

    I have a laser card but it has maestro wrote on it sorry is there 2 different cards? I just assumed i could use it where they accepted maestro :(

    Laser is not Maestro. The Maestro bit is about using your card in bank machines when abroad. On a Laser card, Maestro means nothing.

    Cirrus refers to an international ATM card
    Maestro is the international debit card

    Issue number is usually on switch cards. Try 01 or 0. The secuiry code is the last 3 digits on the back of your card beside the signature area.

    Mine works on some int websites, not on others. Good luck

    Thanks i just couldn't figure out why it wouldn't work i bought them on ebay after :D
