Teen/Adult Beginner's Tae Kwon Do Classes

    As the title says, New Teen/Adult Beginner's TKD Classes begin this Monday the 6th of September in Renmore Community Centre.

    It is open to all ages from 14 years and up.

    Starts at 7pm and runs for an hour. Class is €7 and I would recommend wearing some loose pants and t-shirt.

    Come for the first hour to see what it's like, as it's a bit of craic and has a pretty wide diversity of people. If you like, stick around until after 8 to see the Advanced class (myself included :p) training.

    Great for fitness, flexibilty and obviously self defense.

    In case people are still interested... New members will be accepted this coming Monday (13th) aswell.

    Had a good turn out last Monday, great to see so many new faces.

    *EDIT Might be a bit of confusion as to the location, as I originally posted this in the Galway Forum.

    OP, since this was moved from the Galway forum your probably not aware of our stickies thread for advertising clubs.
