    Hi All

Just about to order my windows and doors for my new build ( dont think i can mention the company ), but they are one of the main suppliers in ireland.
Going for standard Oak PVC windows and doors originally,
but recently was advised to go for a future proof external door ( front, back and double into sun room ), the extra cost is quite substantial and i am just wondering if anyone has had any experience of these, bascially the advantages are ( from what i am told ) is the U-Value is better ( from 1.5 to 1.1 ) and they are more sturdy,
I suppose my question is, is it worth it?
Sorry for being so vague but anyone with any experience would be great

Thanks in advance for your time
    JB
