    hey guys, im looking to go to london in october and aerlingus have a deal where u can go to the uk from 19.99 euro nd to hethrow at 29.99 but when i try and book it comes up as 40 euro! please help

    That fare most likely applies to flights at particular times on particular days. It's usually the case with such things that the only flight for 19.99 is on a tuesday afternoon which doesn't really suit the majority of leisure travellers, but does fulfill their obligation to offer a fare at the advertised eye-catching price.

    Should also add that usually their advertised fares, even when you do get them, don't include the service charge/credit card handling fee, so that's lumped on during the booking process.

    The word i've put in bold is the important word, as mikedragon has pointed out it's the minimum charge and doesn't include card charges.
