    hi long time xbox user here just converted to ps3 :D i need some help deciding what games to get, it would be great if anyone could recommend me some playstation exclusives ! thanks

    What type of games do you like?

    I'd have to say the first thing I'd go for (in fact the first thing I did go for) were the Uncharted games. Absolutely brilliant stuff and part of the reason I bought a PS3 - I had an xbox first. Still do.

    After that it really does depend the type of game you're into.

    Uncharted 2 is essential, MGS4 too but not if you havent played the others as theres a lot of backstory to unravel, God of War 3 , Heavy Rain, Killzone 2 if you like FPS's, Dead Space if you didnt have it on xbox, inFamous is a fun way to kill a few hours

    Try Motorstorm Pacific Rift for off-road racing goodness and make sure you get some of PSN titles like Super Stardust HD, flower and Fat Princess.

    Again, like PaddyBomb said, check the Essentials list

    Resistance 2 is awesome. I got that along with the first Uncharted game when I bought my PS3.

    I think ive hit a brick wall with new games to play, sat there last night looking for something to put on for just a quick 30misn to an hour of enjoyable gaming. But all i have are either RPG's that i wont start to enjoy until im a good few hour in or scary games. Im getting a bit sick of scary/tense games !!

    Nothing new in the shops to pick up ive cleared Mafia 2 and Kane and Lynch is awful at this rate im going to have to go out into the sunshine !!

    Yeah probably worth checking the essentials list, that's why it is there! Quick search will throw up many threads of this type too. Going to lock this because it's just rethreading old ground, but definitely check out the sticky for good write-ups about some of the best games on the system :)

    Or you could just get Uncharted 1+2 and Demon's Souls :pac:
