Single room available in a two-storey, four bedroom house.

Three of the bedrooms are en-suite and there is a large bathroom upstairs. (rooms have not yet been allocated, so you could get an en-suite room).

The bedrooms are all bright and spacious, each with a wardrobe and place to study.

The house is in Whitestrand Park, a nice residential area, located just 2 or 3 minutes from Galway Technical Institute and about 15 minutes walk from NUI Galway. Also close to the city centre. There is a big supervalu within walking distance from the house also. There is room for parking at the house.

There is a large kitchen with all mod-cons in the house and a spacious living room. There are three girls living in the house already.

Rent is €390 per month, this includes NTL, broadband and bins.
