    Hello All,

Just a brief note to clarify things.

We are open every Sat from 10am to 4pm and will be shooting on Sat Sept 11, to get some practice in !

As things progress, we shall open for Sunday's and mid week (only by arrangement).

    We are open for Membership.

Our range currently caters for small bore pisol and full bore pistol to 25 metres.

We offer Archery and Clay Shooting by arrangement.

We will soon be able to cater for bench rest rimfire rifle to 50 M.

We are located at Lougharbour, Athy, Co. Kildare, which is very close to Boley Cross Roads.

Directions : Take the M7 to Junction 13 (drop the ladies at Kildare Village Outlet) Take the R415 signposted for Athy. Drive for approx 10km passing straight thru the village of Nurney. Turn right at Conlans Pub on the 4 cross roads. Carry on this road for approx 2km, our range is on the Right hand side, the berm can be seen from the road.

Many thanks to all who came out last weekend, we hope to see you all again soon.

    Yours in Sport.

(drop the ladies at Kildare Village Outlet)

this is not conducive to helping our sport and especially women in sport - or is your club just for the MEN?

I am not trying to start an argument here LB6, but I think that's a bit PC gone mad. I know for a fact the HH have female members and if I am not mistaken they held a Ladies training day for beginners awhile back.

I would imagine the comment was made as a joke, that's not to say some ladies might prefer to go shopping first.

By the way I am not a member of HH.

Sika - hardly PC gone mad. From a female shooters point of view, I thought it was a sexist comment and I pulled him on it! End of.

Had a great time down in Harbour House the weekend.

The place looks fantastic after all the work that has been done.
Great turnout, even considering the weather.

We were very well looked after, as usual.

Great to have it open again - Looking forward to more matches there in the future.

+ 1 googolplex to the above.

The range is nothing short of spectacular and is a credit to the hard work and dedication of all involved; it would enhance any shooting facility anywhere in the world.

The weather was a little uncooperative, but that didn't dampen () the enthusiasm of everyone there and the genuine delight we all shared to be back shooting at Harbour House again.

Big kudos too to the people looking after the catering, they too have set a precedent that all the other ranges and clubs will have to work hard at to reach. :D
