    Hi all,

    im looking for some advice. My jap import Honda HRV year 2000 has failed it's re-test I put Dipatene into the fuel to try & lower the emissions. I was putting some in every time I bought unleaded for a week before the test.

    Curent emissions are:

    High Idle CO 0.40% it failed as it was over 0.30%

    Can you please advise.

    My guess is you might need a new O2 sensor. But maybe get it checked
    out by a mechanic. When was the car last serviced.
    A good service can help before the test.

    just had the master cylinder on the clutch replaced but it hasent had a service since last year. I'll drop it into local mechanic and hopefully it wont be too dear to sort out.
