how difficult to cancel imagine broadband?

    hi
    i have been using imagine since may
    i knew internet speed was bad
    but it was ok for browsing
    but now i am trying to use gaming and the problem starts
    i tried download movies....it fails
    i am unable to use xbmc...
    looks like all is failing except mail checking.

    is there a way to get out of contract without huge fines?

    Complain formally if you can find the 'Code of Practice' , if you cannot find it then complain to comreg that you are oppressed because you cannot find the 'Code of Practice' . If you can find it then follow it.

    If they do not resolve the formal complaint in 5 or 10 working days you can escape the contract.
