    Any idea where one would look to recruit a science Grad or Unemployed Science Teacher, as we looking for one based in the midlands

    I would email the relevant department (eg chemistry) of the main universities to see if they have any graduates looking for work.

    We used to get a lot passed on to us by the department secretary, still do actually, so contact them and they'll usually disseminate the details to their undergraduates and recent graduates. Other than that put an ad up on a jobs website maybe?

    What discipline are you looking for?
