guys i cant seem to get Autocad running on my laptop!
i recently bought a new laptop and loaded Autocad onto it but nhothing!

    ive tried :

    Autocad 2002, 2006 and 2010.
it just says that this program is not compatible with this operating system.
is there a particular version of Autocad i need?

all my drawings etc are still there but obviously wont open.

Autocad 2006 did load up and i got the icon on my desktop but when clicked it simply done nothing!

    thanks.

    i dont know :o
i had a felling that would be an issue as the 2010 version i tried was the 32bit version so that would lead me to believe i have the 64bit version, but is there any way to make sure?

    thanks

just for future searches or use :

    1. Open System by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Security, and then clicking System.

    2. Under System, you can view the system type.
