i don't have much time to study the form this week but will try my best, this is a beaty of a course and one of my fav's to watch on tv.You'll need a really good iron game as the winner is usually up there in the top few in g.i.r,rough not penal but will need lot of fairways to approach these smallish greens
A.Canizares @50/1 e/w(boyles).Also backed him e/w as first round leader at 40/1 (he's first out)
    Mark Foster @150/1e/w,(boyles)overpriced imo
Graeme Storm @90/1,not a big fan but he's streaky and has a decent record

not overly confident but i couldn't pick between all the short priced fancied players, will probably back Schwartzel also, not sure, another to watch out for is Rafa Echenique, big price 110/1 with boyles, course will suit but retired last week so that put me off

Said this in the other thread. But I'm going with a double on Steve King of the Playoffs Stricker in the US and Brett Rumford in Europe.

    Reasoning?

Both have won the events they are both playing this week in the past. Sticker won the Deutsche Bank Championship last year. Rumford won the Omega Masters back in '06.

Both players were very impressive last week on their respective tours. Finishing in the top 3. Stricker finished 3rd. Rumford 2nd, could have been in a playoff if Edu Molinari didn't make birdie up the last. So there is some form going into this week.

Probably should go for a single but meh. Stricker's odds were short, really short when I checked. Rumford I might still put a single on him. I'll see later on.

EDIT - Stricker and Dredge I went for instead... watch Rumford and Stricker win now ;)

Those high in the toal driving stat tend to do well here. Very short course with small greens with run offs(like upturned saucers) and the shorter the approach club the better to be able to get that GIR% up.

Away from the top 6 or 7 in the betting, Fdez Castano (25), Rhys davies (with the small greens, he will hole putts left right and center) (40), Jaidee (50) Soren Hansen (50) and Wood (40)are all standouts for me at great value prices.

Sleepers to watch are Anders Hansen (90) and Ross McGowan (110). Course suits Hansen's game and he's simmering right now and I'm raging McGowan is struggling with injury as I've had him pegged for this event all year. He LOVES the course, suits him down to the ground and still worth a small E/W bet.

jesus christ,i was up early this morning to see Storm rise to the top of the leaderboard,-4 thr 5 he was to lead by 3,went back to bed, just checked now he's back to -1 for the day,ffs this golf betting wrecks my head at times,Ed Moli looking good again,i posted i was going to probably do Charl also but i didn't,going to the bookies now to back him

tbh i don't keep track,i spend about €40-€50 a week and it's rare if i'm not collecting something on a Monday, nearly pulled off a beut last week with Laird @125/1,but you know in golf you need a lot of luck so it's frustrating but i never let it get to me too much, btw i don't really back anything else bar golf and american football, not looking great this week however
