I applied for these two courses for the following year:

    http://www.galwaycc.ie/gcc_plc/design.asp
    http://www.gti.ie/courses/course/detail/course/gti-51

I already know that I have been accepted into tge GTI course and from the reaction in the interview have some reason to believe I will get accepted into GCC as well. Now I'm in doubt as to which to choose if I do indeed get a choice in the matter. I think I might like the course at GCC more, but GTI has a bit more of a name for itself. Anyone experiences with the PLC courses there and what the teaching quality, atmosphere, co-students are generally like? I am applying as a mature student (24) so having contemporaries around would be nice too. :p

Those two courses are quite different to eachother. Is it you want something arty ot are you interested in becoming a graphic designer? Are you consider further study.

I'd recommend gti generally as i enjoyed their portfolio course and hear mixed reports about gcc, including graphics.
