Hello, a friend of mine has been offered a place in U.L.'s Law plus degree. However she wanted to attend ucc's Bcl degree. My question is , if she does one year at U.L. can she transfer to U.C.C ???( or less than one year?) i have looked at the course out line and they both seem to have an introduction to lawering or the legal system and both contain some contract and criminal law but ucc has legal research and writing and constitutional law aswell in it's first year program.
Will it be possible for her to transfer to UCC after one year ?
    Any advice is welcome.

Potentially. Most modules will have a credit rating (i.e. 5 or 10 credits) so in theory if she satisfies the credits she can move over - however if there are courses in the UCC degree Year 1 that she hasn't covered in the UL one she may need to repeat.

Her best bet is to approach UCC directly about it. UCC can better assess the parallels across the modules and give her a definitive answer!
