    Hey lads can anyone help me find a nissan micra K11 ( 1996 ) 1.0L wiring diagram - with particular interest in the ECU function / - any links, searching away here and Its not easily found,
    any help app.....

    I might have the diagrams you are after, but there are a good number of them for various components and tests. Can you be a bit more specific as to what you need / what the fault or issue is, and I'll try get a diagram which is suited to what you need.

    There is no spark when the the engine is turned on at the spark plugs...( the spark plugs are ok )....i also need the overall wiring diagram for this k11 as the previous owner changed the engine and since then the problems with wiring has come to light.....need help!!!....can i get wiring diagrams for this???
    Also problems with the ECU as i said above....Jean

    Get yourself a Haynes manual. They have wiring diagrams in the back of the book. (Books are around €15 to €20 or cheaper on ebay)

    I would be tempted to say there could be a problem with the immobiliser. If the ECU was changed, the ignition barrel needs to be changed as the ECU "sees" if the correct key (the one that it was coded to) is present. If not, it shuts down.

    We had a problem before with a '96 Micra key "loosing" sync with the ECU (through lack of use). We brought it back to our friendly Main Dealer who fixed it for free. It took all of 10 minutes to do.

    My bet is a faulty distributor, but i do recommend you diagnose the fault first before going off changing parts "willy nilly" as you are doing. But when you do get your hands on the wiring diagram, start your checks there
