[Share] Single bedroom in Lower Salthill., Galway.

31-08-2010 2:45pm#1Single room in two bedroom terrace house in Lower Salthill, .9 mile to NUIG IT building. Single room is a front room, very light and airy because of window. Large single bed in the room, wardrobe and chest of drawers too.
Single toilet, separate bath room and another separate room with an electric shower. Large cozy kitchen, cozy sitting room and large hall (Can store bike under stairs).
Right beside shop and a pub. Suit a 1st year, preferably male, would be sharing with me
75 a week, that includes ESB and Heat. Internet is also included but it will depend on usage throughout the year, up to the landlord what to do if we use it too much.
