    hello friends
has anyone ever joined this group for a trip to the US
is it for auld blokes 65+
usually is it good value and given competitions are organised it should be a an enjoyable few days on the course in the sun
however i would take no pleasure in winning a competition against a bunch of seniors
perhaps i could handicap myself further by bringing clubs no greater than a 7 iron - but again this would limit my enjoyment of the game
it is prob not possible to hit the island on the 17th with a 7 iron as well i'd imagine

please inform me if you have joined this group before

Now there's a holiday worth taking this year! If only I could find 3 mates that would happily part with the money for the experience  Sawgrass is top of my list of golf courses I want to play.

what club did you use to reach the island?
and how many attempts did you take before moving on to the 18th tee?

Don't mind him, he trolls the soccer forum as well.

Ah wow! ;) .. looks just as good as it does on tv. Looks like the perfect weather for golf too. The sand in the bunkers look so white in the video, you'd probably need shades on just to play out of em!

.. someday I'll get to play it :)

We get to play it thanks to a member, who is a friend of the family, and he gives us a game there every year after the tournament on the Tuesdays. As far as I know its $400+ per head!
