Just got Sky installed a few days ago. I have just tuned in ITV 4 and a few similar channels

I was wondering can I save them into the spare channels which are between 115 and 120 or do I always have to go to Other Channels in the services menu

No, The only way you can view the ITV channels, Ch5, BBC3 and BBC4 with an Irish Sky subscription is in the other channels.

Or pop out card while on Interactive in Sky News. Backup and have UK EPG.

Pop card in again to watch Irish TV or subscription TV.
