Hey has anyone been unlucky enough to have to replace the hinge on their VFC scar yet? unfortunately mine broke, but I have a new one.

unfortunately i just cant figure out how to get the pins out of the old one and switch them into the new one (luck would have it they're 2 separate pins for the old hammer and screw driver won't work.

    Any luck with this Golbin?

I'm in the same boat myself. They are a bit of a git to remove. I think a part needs to be cut out before the pins can be removed. I'd imagine it's a fairly destructive process (ie. new pins required...)

I've just glued the hinge for the moment but like yourself; have a new one waiting to go on. Seems secure enough. Be careful btw as the battery wires are a bit of a bastid to re-crimp back on if they come loose btw...
