Architect for extension in South Dublin

    Hi , I am looking for a an architect to manage an extension build . THere are lots out there but I would like to get referrals from people who have had a good experience with an architect and would refer.

    I'm not looking for work in Dublin but thoses that are may want to know;
    1. Why original designer is not supervising construction.
    2. Do you have full set of construction drawings or will Building supervisor be helping you with design details along the way.
    3. Do you want Supervisor to sign off for bank payments only.
