So I dont know about all of you out there, but I for one love Stargate. Ever since Ive started airsoft ive always wanted to do a loadout and now well, I want one. I am fairly sure Ive read about somebody on boards (cant remember the name) who has done something similar before.

For those of yall that arnt familiar this is the look I am going for.

Excuse the second picture as it is a bit blury. Just wondering if anybody knows any of this kit ? Prehaps were I could get it for cheap (although Im willing to spend). Is anybody has any advice wether its about building a themed look in general (as this is my first) or simply about the SG look, feel free to post :)

Vest is a BHI (Blackhawk industries) Omega Medic vest in Black, alice LC2 belt in black, with BHI Omega VI dropleg holster.

O'neal wears black usgi nomex flight gloves with the finger tips removed.

The clothes are: Magnum trooper or stealth boots depending on season (trooper 1-8, stealth 9 on)

    OD BDU trousers

    OD green WEP G8 Jacket.

    :) hope this helps.

the joy of scfi there is always a wealth of costume information, there worse than the airsoft community ;)

as i said worse than airsoft at times, but the original sg1 green impression is rather cheap and easy to pull off as a lot of it surplus, the only departure i would make would be to maybe go with a more practical black vest for p90 mags

Not sure, look around for bits individually, theres no places selling it all at once.

Plenty of US gear stores sell the omega vest and holster, gloves, od duty belt, canteens, knife, etc, you can probably find on ehobby asia.

(Btw, loadout needs one canteen, black cover, m9 bayonet (can use rubber airsoft one) )

Jacket... real world only iirc, costs a bit, but not THAT much, most expensive item second to the medic vest.

http://www.sg-soc.com/CostumeGuides/SG-Team%20OD-Sage%20Uniform.htm this site might be useful, just found it, got the uniform you want, and all the others they use :) Also they sell the sling for the p90! (buying one myself)

the vest guy is also a nice source for p90 vest and some stargate gear if you interested, some of it is not cannon but it is practical and looks the part http://thevestguy.com/category.asp?id=148

Seriously cool links there guys. Should be easy enough to build and not as expensive as what I first though. Vest looks like its gonna be a fairl expensive buy especially considering its not molle or anything. Blackhawk sounds like a familiar make. Anybody know of the quality ?

One of the best and most well known and reliable makes. All the kit ive had by them is top quality and has always lasted and done its job. Its an investment...

There are cheap molle compatible p90 pouches out these days, weren't easy to get a while back but now you can find em on rsov I think. Again, not canon, but would be convenient.

Pretty good, but I've had enough bits of theirs that were let-downs that I'm generally steering clear from now on. Sling frayed, belt had some stitching go, kneepads just fell right the hell apart from normal wear and tear. I am fairly hard on kit, admittedly, but for the price they charge I'd expect it to be able to take it, especially since I'm only airsofting here.

    It'll probably be grand.

Well the P90 is deffinatleywhat most people know SG1 to use so thats why Im choosing that. Also it gives me a reason to get one :D

Yeah been looking at a view reviews of the blackhawk stuff. Seems sturdy enough.
