Part time electronics

jus wondering what days would you be in ? hav a cert and an ordinary degree (merit in the cert but only a pass in the degree) would I be eligable to go onto the honours degree ? or would i hav to do the ordinary degree again to get a merit or upper merit ? how much a year is it too ?
