On Windows XP, when I plug in my iPhone, it always attempts to automatically import photos from it. Any idea how to stop this?

on windows 7 ya open control panel, go to autoplay and scroll down the lsit till ya find iphone, click the drop down box and select take no action and then save, should be near identical in xp

Found it - it's kinda similar.

    1. Plug in the iPhone.
    2. Under "My Computer" right click on the iPhone and select Properties.
    3. From "Select an Event", select "Camera COnnected".
    4. In the "Action" box, select "Do Nothing".
    5. Click "OK".
